Paul Tadros

Paul Tadros is President and CEO of DSN Consultants Inc. He is a CPA (Illinois). Paul’s international tax experience spans over 25 years including managing the international tax functions of two multinational companies. Most recently, he was a Partner-U.S. International tax Services with a Big Four Firm.

Paul has specialized in U.S. outbound tax planning with a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean and has extensive experience in cross border mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate structuring, and initial public offerings. He is well known for his extensive knowledge of income tax treaties and the efficient/effective applications thereof. He is a frequent speaker at international tax conferences and has authored numerous articles on the tax systems of Latin America and the Caribbean including analyses of the treaty networks.

In 2001, Paul was instrumental in the establishment of the Eastern Caribbean-American Chamber of Commerce (“ECAmCham”) and was the founding President. The ECAmCham is affiliated with other AmChams around the world including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
