Mr. Goyco-Covas is a founder partner at Adsuar Muñiz Goyco Seda & Pérez-Ochoa, P.S.C., one of the best known Puerto Rico´s corporate law firm.  He obtained his law degree from the University of Puerto Rico Law School  (magna cum laude) in 1976 and his B.B.A. with major in accounting from Catholic University of Puerto Rico in 1972.

Mergers and acquisitions, structuring of financial products and mutual funds, and assisting multinational companies structure their operations in Puerto are some of the tax and corporate matters in which Mr. Goyco-Covas specializes.

Mr. Goyco-Covas is a frequent lecturer on Puerto tax matters, at seminars sponsored by UBS and other organizations.  He has also been a speaker at seminars of the Tax Executive Institute in Chicago and Washington, D.C. and in promotional seminars of the Puerto Rico Economic Development Administration in several cities of the United States and in Latin America.
