Lawyer, Business manager and accountant, graduated from the Law School of the University Paulista (2006), University of Santana and São Paulo (1988) and Administration University Tibiriçá (1990), with a specialized course in tax law by the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law from the University of San Pablo – IDBDT/USP (2000).

He is a partner of the law firm Machado Asociados e Consultores and professor in the Law University of San Pablo (Facultad de la Universidad Paulista – UNIP).

Specialized in tax matters, direct taxes in the structure of mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments and reorganizations of societies, including international scope.

He is a teacher in the specialization courses of Trevisan College (Facultad Trevisan) and Campinas’ College (Facultad de Campinas – FACAMP). He is member of the National Association of Finance, Administration and Accounting Executives (ANEFAC).
